By accessing and using Jai Yen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Products.

2. Products

a. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However, due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there may be slight variations between the Product images and the actual items you receive.

b. Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Thai Baht and do not include shipping, taxes, or other applicable fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

a. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. This email serves as acknowledgment of your order, but it does not constitute acceptance of the order.

b. Payment: We accept Credit/Debit card, PayPal and Apple pay for all orders. Payment is required at the time of purchase. By providing your payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and shipping method chosen during checkout. Shipping costs will be added to your total order amount.

b. Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

c. Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.

d. re-delivery: If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failure to claim the package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. We provide tracking information with every order, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are available to accept the delivery, or to collect it from the depot if they are not. We use a 'track & signed' service, which means the package may not be delivered if a recipient is not present at the provided address at the time of delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

a. Return Policy: We accept returns for eligible Products within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us by email: hello@jaiyen.store. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. The shipping fee for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

b. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a Product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to availability. The shipping fee for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Guarantee

All of our products come with a guarantee of 1 year.  This guarantee covers breakage or damage that occurs through normal wear and use, provided that it is not a result of intentional damage, mishandling, or neglect.

All content on Jai Yen, including images, text, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our explicit permission.
