Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Jai Yen for your handmade jewellery purchases. This Shipping Policy outlines important information about our shipping practices and procedures. Please review this policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Options

Orders are dispatched with Thailand Post.

We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:

  • Domestic Shipping:  (Tracked) Estimated delivery within 7 business days.

  • International Shipping: (Tracked & signed) Delivery times vary based on the destination and season. Estimated delivery for international orders is 6-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and shipping carrier delays.

2. Order Processing

a. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or when there are high order volumes.

b. Order Changes: Once an order is placed, changes to shipping address, items, or shipping method may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping - 70 Baht

International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and the weight of the items in your order. Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Shipping discounts

Domestic - free shipping on all orders over 1500 baht.

International - free shipping for jewellery orders over £90 ($125). Discount will not apply automatically, use discount code FREESHIPPINGJEWELRY at checkout. Please note it is not currently possible for us to offer free international shipping on clothing.

5. Countries we ship to

We currently have shipping options to the following countries;

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hongkong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, UK, USA.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. You can also log in to your account on our website to track the status of your order.

6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@jaiyen.store as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund if necessary.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failure to claim the package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. We provide tracking information with every order, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are available to accept the delivery, or to collect it from the depot if they are not. We use a 'track & signed' service, which means the package may not be delivered if a recipient is not present at the provided address at the time of delivery.

10. Changes to this Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates.
