How can I track my order?Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you didn't receive an email from us after 5 days of purchase, make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us by email at hello@jaiyen.store

How can I care for and clean my jewellery?Our handmade macrame jewellery is made with high quality cords and materials. It can be worn all the time and even in the water. We recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals. - Caring for your brass jewellery - Brass jewellery will naturally tarnish over time however it is resistant to corrosion, so it does not rust. We recommend keeping your brass jewellery in an air tight bag or container when not being worn for long periods. This will help to slow down tarnishing. Should your brass jewellery become darker or less shiny over time, you can polish it in one of a few ways with everyday household products. Soak in lemon juice or white vinegar for 30 seconds. Remove and polish with a clean cloth, before rinsing with fresh water. Dry well. Mix a bit of salt and baking powder with water in a bowl. Dissolve the ingredients and make a paste. Scrub your jewellery with the cleaning paste for a few minutes before rinsing it with warm water. The brass jewellery piece should be back to its original shine in no time!

How long does it take to process and ship orders?We typically process orders within 5 business days. For orders within Thailand, delivery time is estimated between 2-5 business days. For international orders, delivery is estimated between 7-14 business days. Shipping times can vary based on location and the time of year (holidays etc.) Jai Yen is not responsible for delays due to customs or the courier.
